Robert BobJordan

Senior Consultant

Bob Jordan has 35 years management experience working in startups, mid-size companies, and large corporations. Based in Southern California, he works with IPAs in both Northern and Southern California advising them on MACRA/MIPS quality reporting, security and privacy requirements, and incentive reimbursement. He works with several Los Angeles clinics on the HRSA funded HCCN project for UDS reporting improvements. Bob worked with more than 500 providers in Southern California his work on electronic health record implementation, health information exchange deployment and clinical quality measure reporting under the HITECH Act.

As an independent consultant, Bob has provided business planning, assessment, and electronic health record planning and implementation. He helped small companies survive recessions by raising needed funds through private or bank loans. Prior to his work in healthcare, Bob had an extensive career in technology and communications. Bob currently leads an adult education program, and previously raised funds for academic programs at California Lutheran University. He has a BS degree from the US Naval Academy.

Valerie Tuerk

Senior Consultant

Valerie Tuerk is a Senior Consultant for Object Health with extensive experience assisting healthcare organizations to utilize health information technology for improved efficiency and patient outcomes, primarily focusing on the adoption and implementation of electronic health records.

Based in Orange County, she specializes in Meaningful Use standards assessment, workflow improvement, quality  reporting and the incentive attestation process, Val has assisted hundreds of providers to meet MU and claim government incentives using multiple EHR systems.

Additional areas of expertise include workflow analysis and patient engagement strategies. Val supports clients such as Planned Parenthood of Los Angeles, Miller Children’s and Women’s Hospital, Los Angeles LGBT Clinic, Gardena Women’s Center and a number of FQHCs in Los Angeles, Orange County and the Inland Empire.

Val’s Object Health contribution has led to the implementation and successful achievement of UDS/HEDIS and PQRS reporting. She further has assisted clinics and providers in achieving more than $10M in meaningful use incentive payments. Her work with the HCCN UDS reporting improvement project has supported clinics in coding and reimbursement strategies to successfully achieve savings for the clinics.

Kasham Montenegro

Senior Consultant

Kasham is a specialist in consulting on electronic health record and health information exchange technology implementation for Meaningful Use for clinics, medical groups and solo practitioners. He has extensive experience with electronic health records, practice management systems and technology. He also provides expertise in quality reporting for UDS and PCMH measures.

Kasham is focused on supporting providers in Los Angeles County and the Inland Empire to successfully navigate the implementation of certified electronic health records and participate in health information exchange. He provides analytics and workflow training for clinicians and health systems. In addition to Southern California clinics, FQHCs and solo providers, Kasham provides support to the Einstein Healthcare Network of Philadelphia, Arrowhead Hospital Medical Group, Tri-City Mental Health, Metropolitan Health among other clinics and health systems. Bilingual, Kasham is able to engage office staff at all levels.

Prior to his role as Consultant for Object Health, he served as a technology specialist to physician offices through his own consulting company. His previous work at a Los Angeles FQHC’s have provided him with a strong foundation for EHR implementations with products such as eCW, NextGen, Welligent and other certified products.

Stacey Attanasio

Consultant

Based in Los Angeles, Stacey is involved in supporting FQHCs and large delivery systems in analyzing data, updating workflow, improving patient access to clinical information and to improving quality of care in the clinic. She supports more than 300 providers in the greater Los Angeles County with data analytics, process improvement and reporting. She provides Meaningful Use attestation support on the State Level Registry as well as support in the clinics with patient portal enrollments and provider education sessions.

Stacey focused on analytics for providers in Central California and the Inland Empire as well as for health delivery systems outside California. She is particularly adept at preparing education materials, documents and writing and editing documents for quality initiatives. Her previous work as writer/producer for educational videos after an extensive career as a feature-film studio executive for Sony, Walt Disney, Savoy Pictures and Warner Bros has given Stacey the perfect background for supporting change management and innovations in health care.

Sandra Arrivillaga

Consultant

Located in the Inland Empire, Sandra is a consultant providing support to FQHCs, health delivery systems and hospitals to improve quality reporting, workflow, implementation of electronic health records, patient portal enrollment and health information exchange strategies. Among her clients are the San Bernardino Public Health Department, Arrowhead Hospital Medical Group and Borrego Medical Group in Imperial County. Sandra is bi-lingual Spanish speaking with a deep understanding of the cultural and socio-economic issues related to providing care to a mostly Medicaid population. In addition, she has excellent analytical skills and provides report reviews for hundreds of providers attempting to achieve Meaningful Use and MACRA/MIPs incentive funds.

Prior to her work with Object Health, Sandra was the Executive Director of an FQHC in East LA that provided care to the underserved. She not only ran the financial aspects of the organization, but also was responsible for quality reporting, electronic health record implementation, fundraising and education.

Object Health clients include health care delivery organizations, government agencies and health care payers who are all working to improve the quality of health care delivered in their community and as a nation.
